Harold Wilson’s guest is Scott Slater, a retired Navy Commander, a graduate of the Naval Academy and formerly an F/A-18 single-seat fighter pilot. During a deployment with the French Navy, Scott patrolled the UN no-fly zone over Bosnia and Herzegovina for the Allied Services. He now flies the Boeing 777 on a global route. Harold caught up with Scott by phone in Dubai and asked him to reflect on the war in Ukraine from a tactical and humanitarian point of view.
